Psychology Practice

WHAT TO EXPECT
Clinical Psychologists are trained to work with individuals with a range of mental health needs, across the lifespan. The way in which we work with most people follows a similar pattern.

We are based in the East of England, however sessions are currently provided online only, which provides flexibility around busy parents lives, and around work or school commitments.

Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to discuss further.
1
Chat about your individual needs
Free of Charge
We offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to discuss your needs and hopes from support. This gives us the opportunity to check we can meet your needs, and if we are the right 'fit'. It also gives opportunity to discuss any questions you might have about the process of support.
2
Assessment & Formulation
£150 (90 minutes)
If you then decide you'd like to work together, we would meet for an initial assessment appointment where we aim to discuss your/your child's needs in more detail. This will involve us asking lots of questions and working together to create a collaborative understanding of your experiences.

Pulling your experiences and psychological theory together allows us to develop a formulation, which essentially means an understanding, of your difficulties. This is not a final point, the learning and understanding will evolve throughout our work together, but this provides the basis from which we can make a plan of your support.
3
Therapeutic support
£120 (50 minutes)
Dependent upon your needs, we may agree a set number of sessions followed by a review, or we may consider to work towards a particular goal, rather than a time frame; this will vary dependent on the individual and the need.
